How we work
together.

  Book your sessions early

  I am usually fully booked, so once you have your spot, schedule your future sessions as soon as you can. It is the best way to get the slots that actually work for you.

  Rescheduling a session

  Life happens and rescheduling is fine. All I ask is 48 hours notice when you need to move a session.

  If something comes up on the day, email me beforehand and I will reschedule. Miss a session without any contact and it is cancelled: after 15 minutes I close the slot and charge the booked time.

  Email me anytime

  I am here between sessions too. If something is on your mind and you want guidance or a nudge in the right direction, reach out. Expect a reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

  Taking a break

  If a personal situation means you need to pause, tell me as early as you can and I will do my best to work around it.

  Unused sessions expire twelve months after your program starts.

  Come prepared

  Want me to look at something specific? Send it at least 48 hours ahead by email. Before each call, spend a few minutes deciding what you want to get out of it. Sessions are worth the most when you arrive knowing how you want to use the time.

  Be fully present on the call. Not driving, not answering email. Full focus is where the results come from.

  Sessions are recorded

  Every session is recorded, online and in person. The recordings are transcribed and used to process what we discussed, so nothing gets lost between sessions and I can pick up exactly where we left off. Recordings and transcripts are strictly confidential, handled anonymously, and never shared with anyone.

  Recordings are removed from my own devices once they have been processed. If you would rather not be recorded, tell me and we will not record. It does mean I will have less to work from between sessions, so the follow-up will be thinner.

  Everything stays between us

  Whatever you share stays here, including recordings and notes. Everything we create together is for your personal use, and is not to be shared with or sold to anyone else.

  Refund policy

  Joining this program is a real commitment, to your career and to yourself. The artists who go all in are the ones who see the biggest results, and that starts the moment you decide.

  Payments are non-refundable if you leave the program early. That is the same accountability I will be asking of you all year.
